How to organize a remote start of computers according to a schedule?

Hello. I work in an advertising company, they have advertising TVs in the city in different places (shops, administrations, cafes, etc). Each ad monitor is connected to a computer running Ubuntu 12.04. All computers are united in a Lan network. Computers turn off automatically according to a schedule every day, but you have to turn them on manually via Wake on lan. Please tell me how you can automate the process of automatically starting all computers on the network, provided that this network has 1 computer that works 24 hours a day, and with which you could set up a schedule?
