How to organize a perimeter security system of a remote object using satellite channels?

There is a conditional object on the territory (500 sq.m.), for which it is necessary to organize a perimeter security system using satellite communication channels. The system itself will have about 10-13 video surveillance cameras, 4 security detectors, a fire alarm and a smart card reader for employee access. Is it possible to organize remote security of an object using two-way satellite channels, and what technical solution should be used?

One of the well-known providers, with a name similar to a tricolor flag, promises satellite Internet 40/10 Mbit Download/Upload.
That is, you can count on a communication channel of 10 Mbps and a ping of 600 ms. This is enough, in principle, to view one 5 megapixel camera in real time or two or three 2 megapixel cameras. It's all in theory, not done in practice.
For a signal from the secret police, fire or ACS channel is enough.
In order not to fence the garden from manufacturers, I would look towards integrated systems solutions (All in 1)
Dahua
Dahua2 Car
Or
something more serious from Bosch
In any case, you set the task incorrectly, because in your question everything rests on the width of the satellite Internet channel for cameras and it is not clear whether you need to watch them in real time, download the archive or just receive alarm pictures ... For 10-13 cameras can be forced to shoot with a frequency of up to 1-6 K / s or even less often. I know cases when 16 cameras at 2 Mp were packed into 1 Mbps.)
