How to organize a local network between two PCs located in different parts of the city?
So, we have:
* 2 PCs - home and office;
* 2 different providers;
* Both providers are part of an Internet traffic exchange point, in our case Tas-IX (that is, traffic between providers is not charged);
* gray IPs. (white IP providers of both PCs do not give out)
A home PC has access to the outside world (global Internet) and to Tas-IX.
The office PC has access only to Tas-IX.
Both providers have their own local resources, where no one will go except their clients.
Task:
1. Organize the possibility of an office PC to go out into the outside world, through a home PC or by what means it is possible to implement it.
2. It is necessary that the home PC can use the local resources of the office PC provider.
Where to dig? Please let me know or point me to where I can get answers to my questions.
I hope for your help.
PS I used the SoftEther VPN program to raise the VPN. Achieved that the traffic between two PCs was taken into account as traffic in the Tas-IX network. Further, I did not find a solution for the above tasks. Maybe I wasn't looking there.

If the ips are gray, then the local network can be made through an intermediate server (for vps for a couple of hundred rubles a month) and vpn through it.
