How to organize a connection from a home PC to a work PC and get access to the local server of the organization?
Hello!
At work there is a local network: a server and about 20 working PCs.
Connection to this server goes through RDP.
Internet access is organized through a router with a static IP from the provider.
There is a Zyxel Keenetic Extra II router at home, it has a L2TP / IPsec VPN server running on it, the domain name is configured (KeenDNS).
A VPN connection to the home router is configured on the working machine.
Is it possible through this VPN network with a working PC to access the server at work via RDP from home (without setting up a router at work)?
Or is it a bad idea from the start?

And what is the problem? You cling to vpn and get a higher priority for addresses from the subnet from work. You are knocked to any aypishnik. The main thing is not to forget to allow traffic to walk between computers and vpn.

Something I did not understand what is the problem? You already have a connection to the entire working network, did I understand correctly? So just go to the RDP server and that's it.
