How to organize a centralized video broadcast in different cities?

Good afternoon!
Initial data:
About 10 cities, where there are from 2 to 15 plasma TVs.
What is required :
The organization of a centralized broadcast of video clips and slide shows (images in jpg format) is required.
Those. 1 video, after it the image hangs for 30 seconds, then the video again.
How it works now :
When I receive a request to update materials on plasma TVs, I write a request to contact persons in all cities with a request to add a specific video clip or image. Those, in turn, either update the PowerPoint presentation on a PC connected via HDMI to a plasma TV, or add information to an external flash drive that is connected directly to the TV.
What I would like to achieve :
I update the information on one PC, and the image / video is automatically updated on all TVs.
It is possible to purchase additional equipment, but I would like to make the solution as cheap as possible.
The variant with the use of DNLA has already been dismissed, because There are no LAN ports on TVs.
I would be very grateful for ideas!

Where TVs from computers work, we run a bat / bash script according to the schedule / crown, which pumps out a file from the server with a curl where the change date is indicated, compares it with the last one, if an update is needed, downloads the media file specified in the first file and replaces the current video with it (on Windows, you need will first close the video player before substitution).
