What are the ways to clone (copy) the settings and software of Windows 7 embedded x32?

It is necessary to automate the installation of software and the setting of Windows 7 Embedded Standard x32 settings on several hundred computers of the same configuration as much as possible.
The same will be 5 programs, a couple of registry branches, power saving type settings and disabling services.
Miscellaneous: Computer name and IP address.
It is supposed to work with the help of flash drives. I don't really want to connect with the network. But in extreme cases, you can raise the grid.
I considered options for cloning installed and configured Windows, but it turned out that computers would come with Windows installed (except for the initial settings: language, time, account / password) and activated, the drivers were also already installed. Therefore, it is a pity to demolish this case. Plus, the situation with the SID (machine identifier) is not very clear.
