How to order a tablet of your assembly from China?

I have heard more than once about the possibilities to order your tablet / phone assembly from China directly from the factory. Has anyone experienced or can advise? Can you provide some advice or a link. Googled it didn't help much.
Tablets on the market are not suitable. due to the nature of the project.

Less than 200 pieces are unlikely to communicate with you about any customizations at all.
The truth is that changing the specifications with little blood is possible only to some extent, in any case it fell at least on the assembly of the kernel and others like it, and sometimes you have to make a fee and the people who do this are not cheap and small businesses usually cannot afford them allow turning to third-party design houses. There are large productions with their designers on a salary, they indulge in single copies for marketing purposes, but you are unlikely to be able to motivate them to do this.
In general, the plant is a disastrous business if you are not a friend of the owner's family or have not fully loaded it for a couple of years :-) Look for design houses, write letters, maybe someone will take it, but keep in mind that it will cost several times more than in retail , prototyping in general is not a cheap service ...
