What are the services with cloud computers to work with?

Hello. Interested in services that provide a remote OS such as Paperspace or LiquidSky, so that you can go there and work on any computer with the Internet.
The first server is located in the USA, and it is difficult to get through to the second one. Are there options or is it too early to talk about the use of this way of organizing work?

Or is it too early to talk about the use of this method of organizing work?

And is it early here? I use it when I need an OS that I don’t have, or I need more powerful hardware (I do something without paying a penny at all, within the test period, “extended” with several phone numbers during registration, etc. ), or you need a static IP, or you just need a "clean" computer. And you don’t write at all what for, therefore I can’t answer whether it’s worth using or not.
With Windows Server - there are a lot, with different Linux - too, but with OS X - few, there are five in total, and all abroad, two are in the USA.

@opium

if we consider any place, then no,
if some local point like a city or even a region, then just a remote rdp on Windows is quite a solution
