How to optimize PC configuration?

Hello!

Please help me optimize my PC configuration. I haven’t been following iron for a long time and now it’s quite difficult to choose the best option among this variety.
Power is not required for operation, but I like to play and sometimes record / stream the process. The current computer can't handle it very well anymore.
I don’t like to bother, so I don’t plan to do much “overclocking”.

Preliminary config.

The following points are of interest:

  • Processor - If you don't overclock, is the 3600X much better than a simple 3600, or is the 1-1.5k overpayment not worth it?
  • Motherboard - The reviews for the motherboard confused me a little, but I have no idea which one is better to take so that in the future there is a small margin for an upgrade.
  • Video card - Someone writes that you need to take an ordinary one, someone about "Super", and someone in general about "Ti". Is 1660 (and which option) is optimal in such a configuration or is there a better option up to 20k?
  • RAM - Which manufacturer and with what frequency is it better to take, so that later you do not bother much with overclocking? Chose on reviews, without much understanding.
  • SSD - everywhere it is advised to take M.2, but I see such a format for the first time in my life and absolutely do not understand whether it fits my motherboard and which one is better to take.

I will be glad to advice on other components - case, cooler, PSU, etc.

Thank you!

1. Versions x are overclocked from the factory and, as a rule, take frequencies higher, but overclocking is always a fortune and the difference is usually at the level of error.
2. There is a possibility that she does not have gen3 support, therefore it is better to take a mother under amd with bios flashback, or you will have to look for old generation amud friends. If you are looking into a further upgrade not only of the generation, but also of performance, then it is better to take the x470 series chipset.
3. 1660 super and ti are distinguished by a large number of shader processors in the second and a higher memory bandwidth in the first. The difference is minor, really. Analogues from AMD - rx 590 (much cheaper, but slightly less productive, on average by 7%), rx 5700 (slightly more expensive and slightly more productive)
4. It is difficult to miscalculate with memory if you do not take completely consumer goods. If you do not want to drive - then take 3200 out of the box.
5. Any modern MB has an M2 slot. You can see this on the manufacturer's website in the characteristics of the mother. In your case, here it is, dear:

M2 has more bandwidth than sata, if you have high-performance tasks (rendering, games, multimedia), and especially tasks that load the disk (all kinds of databases, etc.) - I recommend taking it . In general, in a couple of years it will become a masthead, as 3-4 years ago, just ssd became like that.
6. The rest: the case does not affect the PC and the requirements depend on your needs for aesthetics and beauty, all sorts of RGB there.
7. cooler - stone 3600 has 65w in stock and 95 (if version x), when overclocked, the numbers sometimes jump to 100-120, therefore, the cooler needs a level of 130w (gammaxx 300 and higher, if for growth) yours - even with a huge margin .
8. It's better not to save on bp at all. Watts at 650-700 will be enough, with a margin.
