How to optimize openvpn for mobile?

Hello, has anyone optimized vpn for mobile phones? with a standard config, the connection speed is low, well, it reconnects for quite a long time when switching from 4g to wifi and vice versa. I tried to reduce the keepalive 5 30 timeouts, but it still takes a long time to switch. who uses what options on the client and the server?

I set up a personal VPN server for myself on VPS-e Hetzner-a , there are no problems with speed at all. Everything works great on mobile. Well, yes, a little slower, but it's not scary at all. What vpn server are you using?
