How to hide an application programmatically?

An application for android is being developed, the functionality of a hidden messenger for unfaithful spouses. The application is not visible among the installed ones, but when the user calls the password number (for example ###122345), an application is launched in which you can chat. As soon as the screen goes blank, or the application is minimized, it closes and does not hang in the tray.
Is it possible to implement this in ios ?

Для iOS это невозможно, посмотрите в AppStore приложения типа секретная папка/фото, это обычно калькулятор, так в описании и пишется - мол приложение с секретными функциями. Введя пароль открывается совсем другой интерфейс.

Приложение замаскируйте под какой-нибудь Flash Player.
