How to compile applications in Construct 2 for iOS?

I want to start creating iOS apps on the Construct 2 engine.
But I have a problem, I don't have a PC on OS X, and as far as I know, Xcode is needed to compile the app in Construct.
Can this be done in some other way?
PS You need to compile to .ipa (please explain point by point)
