How to find out the list of all possible access rights for IOS applications?

I need to find out a list of all possible access rights for applications (for example, access to the phone book, SMS and others), please tell me where to find such information?

If the user - then here you can see all possible "rights"
Well, the settings for each application contain all the same checkboxes
If as a developer - then everything is more complicated
Here you can read about hardware restrictions
And here about privacy Table 1-2 Data protected by system authorization ... . But the dock is obviously a bit outdated, there is no helth kit and other newfangled stuff.
And then there are the so-called Capabilities (on iCloud, in App Purchase etc.). You can see them in the project properties.
