Why doesn't uploading videos to Youtube from under iOS work?

I used to have an account on Youtube, then Google took over the service and sort of connected it with a google+ account. After a while, I decided to delete the old channel along with the YouTube account and left only the Google one. as a result, the video stopped loading from the iOS camera roll
As a result, here:

Googled this

I resolved it on my iPhone 5 with iOS7 by doing the following:
1) Sign in to youtube using your gmail account
2) Click on the top right where it shows your @gmail.com with a down arrow like icon thingy
3) In the drop down menu that opens, click on "Settings"
4) It will take you to the "Overview" screen by default. Under "Account Information", you'll see your email address AND below that you'll see "Advanced".
5) Click on "Advanced"
6) There is a section there titled "Signing in to older third party apps". Click on the drop-down and choose the account user name WITHOUT the @gmail.com (basically don't choose the one with the email address)
7) UNCHECK the box that says "
Click on Save. Try uploading a video from iOS Photos, it will work now.
Hope that helps.

but the fields Signing in to older third party apps were not found in the settings

@svistiboshka

Solution: create another channel, go to the same settings and Signing in to older third party apps appears. select our desired channel and delete the extra one. profit
