Do they still issue an API key for Yandex MapKit?

I've been waiting for three weeks for a response from Yandex support to a request for an API key for Yandex MapKit. I sent a request twice - in response, silence.
I am writing an iOS application for an open free web project based on Yandex.Maps.
There may be a phrase in the README of the framework:
"Support for this version of Yandex Map Kit has been discontinued. It still works, but only critical errors will be fixed." https://github.com/yandexmobile/yandexmapkit-ios/b...
means that keys are no longer issued?
What to do, where to write to Yandex to get at least some answer?
