How to open solution explorer?

I read and do according to the book
I need to open Solution explorer in Unreal Engine
The book says Viev>>>Solution explorer
There is no View anywhere. The main menu only has File, Edit, Window and Help.

Hike closed his eyes .. Solution explorer should be opened in Visual studio.
Only for some reason, when creating a project, Visual studio opened automatically along with a new project in UE, And when I open an already created project, it does not open.
Am I doing everything right?
How to understand now what to open in Visual studio, which project? How to find the path to the project?
