How to open ports from Virtual Box on Windows 10 and from it on a router?

I have an Ubuntu server 14.04 LTS installed on Virtual Box, I need to open ports to the Internet from Virtual Box on Windows 10 (the OS on which Virtual Box is installed with the server), and from it through a router to the Internet.
I'm only interested in how to open ports from Virtual Box on Windows and magically make the router see them
