How to open Access database without mdw file?

There is an Access-base. When you try to open it, a message appears that there are no rights to use the object, contact the administrator and blah blah blah. As far as I understood, the .mdw file of the base owner is needed. However, there is no way to get it. The question is how to open such a database? Google - only password cracking tools on the web.
