How to display pre-processed data on an Access form, and process it again before saving the record?

The recordings contain almost identical texts. From a set of words, there are three thousand.
It is planned to make a table with sets of words. Where will the texts be collected from?
In another table, where the output to the form comes from, there is a line with the enumeration of id from a set of words.
Here's how to organize such a thing so that the form displays text collected from a set of words.
Only the option with hidden fields comes to my mind, but somehow it is a crutch.
