Is it possible to duplicate a tab (TabControl) with all elements. Using vba or a macro?

There is a form on it 2 tabs. One of them should be somehow (copied, cloned or ...) with all the controls.
The form is started and controlled from vba.

Or tell me a good example of how to create a form using vba.
