How to develop an infological model?

Hello!
Created a database, there is a data schema. But I can't build an infological model based on the data schema, where there should be at least one "many-to-many" relationship.
And there are two more questions:
1) Is the base normalized to 3 NF?
2) Does the database reflect the topic "accounting for goods in stock"?
Help me please.
Thanks in advance!

@wiggle

In order to have a many-to-many relationship, you can take into account the fact that there can be several goods in the warehouse and the goods can be in several warehouses. Then the warehouse table will turn into the Warehouse table and the Warehouse table will appear, containing information about the warehouse: address, manager, etc.
For other questions
1) There will even be a 4th form
2) Most likely all years, especially in the version voiced above
