How to open a port on an Asus RT-n56u router with Padavan firmware?

Specified forwarding, specified DMZ but for some reason does not work. On other routers I configured everything ok.

For what purpose is the port open? Does the firewall block it in Win or Linux? There can be a lot of problems.
