How to move KVM to another drive?

Hello.
The task is to transfer the KVM file from ubuntu to an adjacent hard drive (empty).
The matter is that ubuntu lives on SSD, and KVM occupies ~100 Gb, and strongly hampers ubuntu.
Is it possible to just move the /var/lib/libvirt/images/KVM.img file somewhere and run it from there? Or is the process a bit more complicated?

1. connect a new disk, format it as you need/want it. Because if you keep the host system and virtual machine images in the same mounted location, then you have already made mistakes when building the kvm.
2. stop the virtual machine.
3. transfer the virtual machine image to a new disk.
4. Create a new virtual machine but not from scratch, but say where you have the disk image from the virtual machine.
5. start
the virtual machine 6. go read about lvm http://xgu.ru/wiki/LVM
and here you can see how you can use lvm to increase the size of the volume by adding a new disk
