Lost access to SSH console?
Good day.
After installing ovpn on an Ubuntu 16.04 86_64 server, there was no internet or LAN access when connecting to the server from Windows .
I started looking for a solution, wandered into the ENT. There, a user with a similar question was looking for a solution. So one solution was to try iptables -F INPUT followed by iptables -F FORWARD . However, it didn’t get to the second command, because the server immediately stopped responding , the sites that were spinning there also fell.
I am superficially familiar with linux, I try to install everything from ready-made .sh scripts and apt-get repositories. But here I saw a "solution" and fell for it. As I understand it, this demolished all the iptables rules , in the same place below this user wrote "Cleaned the FORWARD and INPUT chains of the filter table." Most likely, the TS did it on the local machine and it led to success for him, the issue was resolved.
What to do guys? I wrote to Amazon support, I'll wait for an answer.

Issue resolved.
I rebooted the virtual machine from the control panel (in the case of Amazon - EC2 Instances), after which I connected to the address like: ec2-my-ip.compute-1.amazonaws.com which is written in the machine parameters, below. And everything connected. Well, either support did help me, but has not unsubscribed yet.
