Budget graphics card for playing Team Fortress 2 on Ubuntu?

Colleagues, I was sincerely glad that Steam finally turned its attention to Linux, and I, like everyone else, ran to install another bet of Steam, but got a bummer with the Team Fortress 2
game At startup, it gives the following message
0_a5624_c67ec92c_XL.png.jpg
For reference, according to lspci I have a video :
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation G73 [ GeForce 7300 GT ] (rev a1)
An attempt to update the firewood, and even the distribution kit, did not save the father of Russian democracy. At the same time, the first half works quite tolerably with OpenGL .
The question is, maybe you will advise some used models of video cards (which you can buy on Avit, a hammer), or cheap modern ones on which all this obviously works. I'm not a gamer, and I'm not looking for beauty. What matters to me is that it works. The process is interesting, not the beauty.
Or maybe there is a chance to start with this vidyakh?

GeForce GT430 - costs 1500 rubles, enough with a margin.
I use this one and am very happy with it.

The problem, as I understand it, is not in the hardware, but in the software (maybe it will already slow down on it, but it should start up). Did you set the firewood manually or automatically? Downloaded from where? Set how? I had a similar glitch on one of the *ubuntu releases during the automatic installation of proprietary firewood. I don’t know what version they installed, but after installing the firewood manually, the problem no longer arose.

GT620 earned right after installing ubuntu, all games from steam work fine on it in FullHD.
