How to mount RAW in Win10?

Hello.
I downloaded a copy of the system in RAW format from hetzner.de (as it was written in the text accompanying the download link).
What to do with it to get access to the files on it?

7Zip can open different images as archives - it's the most for reading.
And Windows can only connect images of the VHD format (it is done in the disk manager).
