Installing macOS Catalina on a Lenovo laptop?

Someone may scold, but the question is this: I
need to test some things (add-in for Microsoft Excel) on macOS (Catalina 10.15.4).

I have a laptop Lenovo Ideapad 510-15IKB (80SV00HRRA)
Intel Core i5-7200U 2.5-3.1GHz
RAM 8Gb DDR4
SSD 120Gb (Windows 10, UEFI is installed here)
HDD 2TB (here I allocated 500Gb and installed Linux CentOS 7, Legacy)

To switch to Windows/Linux I switch to BIOS UEFI/Legacy respectively

Now I need macOS Catalina for add-in tests in Excel. At the moment, I’m not ready to buy a MacBook or another laptop to install macOS there, so for now I’m looking at options on how to install macOS on my laptop. On YouTube and other sites they say that you must first install macOS (it seems to be with the Clover bootloader), and then install Windows. But I have Windows on the SSD drive, and Linux on the HDD, and only here (on the HDD) can I allocate 200-300Gb for MacOS. I'm not ready to reinstall Linux and format the HDD now, so I asked myself three questions:

1) Is it possible to install macOS on the HDD without formatting it and without deleting / reinstalling the Linux that is on it.
or the second option:
2) Is it possible to install macOS on an external SSD or flash drive (available on 64Gb).
3) Which of these options will be easier/better and how will the switching between systems then be: what is needed for this: Clover or nothing

PS Do not scold too much. Maybe I will come to the conclusion that it is better to buy a MacBook or something else, but for now I am considering possible options (from simple to complex)

@GavriKos

It's better to put it on a virtual machine - and it's safer with the t.z. existing operating systems, and potentially less hemorrhoids. It’s quite suitable for testing, especially if you put on the operative ..
