How to teach Mingw32 to understand unix commands like rm?

There is a project that I need to build, I'm trying to build on Windows, but there are a lot of rm commands. It is problematic to change everything manually, so you need to somehow teach mingw32 to understand these commands, can this be done?
PS I would like to do without switching to linux

put git under windows. It comes with almost complete support for bash and the main gnu utilities, including rm, cp, mv, test, grep, find, etc.
