Which compiler to install for Clion?

Hello.
I installed Clion for myself, but now I need to install a compiler for it, which compiler is needed (MinGW / Cygwin / other) and I don’t know how to do it. Tell me, pliz, if you know how to do this or tell me where you can look about installing the compiler. I have win 8.1 64 bit.
PS Also tell me, pliz, should I put the compiler on 32 bit or 64 bit?

Don't they ship the compiler for Windows along with the IDE? Under Linux, for example, they supply a compiler, a debugger, and even cmake.
