How to mount a twisted pair cable in a shield?

The masters made a mistake with the length of the laid twisted pair and it became necessary to connect (increase) 8 UTP cables. Now they are displayed in a small shield.
What is the best way to splice/connect multiple UTP cables with DIN rail fasteners?
A simple option - connecting barrels for twisted pair, I know. I would like a nicer solution.

I'm not sure that this is on a DIN rail, but cross-panels are used as standard
