What if all processes refer to your web server?

Hello!

I installed the latest version of XAMPP, configured everything, everything works. (registered in hosts 127.0.0.1 local.test - the latter as the site address) Next, I needed to forward ports and set up DDNS in order to access my server from the Internet - I set it up, everything works.
Everything was fine for a couple of days, but now something unimaginable is happening - most of the processes refer to test.local, some to 127.0.0.1 (I know that this is the same thing, but it was written that way in Process Hacker), some to my ip in the internal network 192.168.1.65, and a smaller part on normal ip.

Next, I have Internet from Beeline and their own Smart Box router, it displays information that DHCP is connected, but the Internet is not connected (although it is, although it works with breaks)
Intranet-DHCP eth1 Enabled Up DHCP Enabled
Internet-L2TP ppp1 Enabled Down L2TP Enabled
Has anyone experienced this or has any idea what's going on?
