Recently, the Internet speed is very slow and the Internet often disappears. Maybe this is due to updating the network adapter drivers ???

Highly unlikely, but certainly not impossible.
Need diagnostics.
To begin with, find out what exactly "falls" - whether it's a wifi connection, or it's an Internet connection (router).
If wifi drops, then check how it behaves on other devices - that is, find out your adapter or router is to blame.

We measure the speed by speedtest over the cable, by wifi far from the router, by wifi close to the router. During the test, we do an endless ping to 8.8.8.8. Results here.
