Do you need an optical box and a patch panel in one case?

you need to breed 24 ports with copper and 4 optics. in the rack only 1 unit is free. no desire to farm. you need a box and a coil for optics and the ability to mount a classic patch panel there. any ideas?

24 copper is a full unit, so there's no way.
If there were 4-8 fibers and 4-8 copper, then you could take a cassette and add a panel with sockets, but no.
The best option is to put a copper panel in the cabinet, and next to it is a 4-fiber wall cross.
