How to modify the feedback form on the site?

Hello. The site has a simple callback order form (two fields: name, phone number). Notifications about the order made from the site are sent to the specified e-mail. How to implement sending notifications not to e-mail, but to private messages in VK?
Detailed instructions would be nice, thanks.

You need to create your standalone app here vk.com/editapp?act=create . Then get its token (described in the vk.com/dev documentation) , then send requests to the messages.send method without specifying the user_id - they will come to your page on your behalf (that is, in a dialogue with yourself).
