How to minimize thunderbird to tray?

I know there are a lot of answers on the net, but they are all quite old. Previously, the minimize to tray plugin was used to solve this problem. It is supported up to version 31.0, and I have 52.7.
When I try to install the add-on, it says that my version is not compatible.
So how do I solve my problem?

MinimizeToTray revived (MinTrayR)
I'm currently working with the latest thunderbird. But there is a jamb: at startup it opens twice. I close the duplicate and it works fine until the next reboot.
