How to redirect a vhd file to fully load it into memory?

The "Windows on RAM Disk" post says: "Copy to the boot folder on your VHD from the VHD_BCD folder the ENUM.cmd file and
for a 32-bit system the WIN32.cmd file
for a 64-bit system the WIN64.cmd file.
In the boot folder, drag and drop BCD file to WIN32.cmd (WIN64.cmd)."
Question. Where to look for the VHD_BCD folder and ENUM.cmd and WIN32.cmd files?
My main system is W7-64B and the VHD is W7-32. All provisions of the article are fulfilled except vhd redirection
