Why do freezes happen?
Comp: asrock z77 pro 4 + i7-3770 + readon hd 7790 + ssd a-data 128gb (win 7 x64 ult) + 12 gb ram + 1 hdd 1 tb + 2 hdd 1 tb raid 0.
Stably once every 2 months there are dead hanging, i.e. in 10 seconds the system literally freezes and you can’t do anything, only a reboot helps. Now NetBeans, chrome and firefox have been opened. In chrome, I watched a video on YouTube, it stopped, I start switching to other windows, I see that everything starts to freeze. Another 5 seconds and the system hangs completely. At other times, it mainly manifested itself after the discovery of chromium.
What is the reason?

As I understand it, you should not ask for RDP access? :) But seriously, I had a similar situation, I decided to completely remove Chrome and Flash Player (because the situation was similar with Firefox), cleaning the registry and reinstalling.
A characteristic symptom of a ROM access problem in Windows is the system freezing along with the mouse cursor. The fact that the problem manifests itself when working with the browser further increases this likelihood. It occurs mainly due to damage to HDD sectors, aging SSDs and their software or hardware problems.
