How to change dpi only on main laptop display? or How to make different scale for two displays?

In Windows 8.1 DPI settings -
Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display -
there is a checkbox -
I want to select the same scale for all displays.
Problem in the following... If it is selected - one scale for all displays is really correctly exposed.
But if - is not selected , then again one scale is set for both displays, only "dpi smoothing" works crookedly (((
I logged into the system;)
I have a 15 "laptop and a 23" monitor - both with a resolution of 1920x1080.
For my tired eye, I want to make 150% on a laptop and 120% on a monitor, but ....
No, well!! This is Windows !!! ((
We have - either 120% on both, or 150%, or anything - but the same ...
Screen extension is used.
Windows 8.1, system and drivers up-to-date
