Why can't windows 11 see node-modules?

Hello.
Installed the node, everything is ok.
But npm does not see globally installed packages.
I understand that the problem is in variable environments, but I don’t understand what I did wrong.

Path correct. You should just have C:\Users\Juicy\AppData\Roaming\npm , without node_modules. It is in this folder that npm places batch files to run various utilities.
