A customer from Ukraine sent me $40 for the work, and it turned out to be $35.25 on my account. In fact, the amount is converted to rubles, and $35.25 is how the system sees the account balance in rubles.
That is, in fact, I lost on the commission when transferring and when converting into rubles.
How can these losses be minimized? Is there any way to minimize the transfer fee? How to make the system not convert a dollar transfer into rubles?

When buying through paypal, I choose currency conversion by the bank, not paypal, because paypal usually has a horse's rate.
