Hello.
There was a problem that I can not solve on my own due to lack of experience. Not paying for purchases on eBay says we can't process your payment, contact the seller to find out about other payment methods. That is, it looks like some troubles with PayPal. I'm trying to add an address, there you can link the card to the address, but the country is still Russia (but I need Thailand). Tell me what should I do so that I can safely use the "stick"? Look, you can officially have two accounts of different types. Maybe try registering Thai as Premier?

PayPal does not allow you to change the country of your account, you will have to start a new one.

This can only be done by paypal.
Call them, in Russia there is a toll-free number 8-800 where an operator in Russian will answer you.
On the site, select "contact us", then "call us" and you will be given a phone number in Moscow and a code that you need to say when calling.
Russian support has been working for more than half a year…

1.Add a payment card.
2. You can add an alternative shipping address to PayPal.
3. When paying, it will highlight the address, but the country will be Russia, the alternative address in the list will be, but inactive.
At this stage, go to the editor and delete the alternative address inactive state key in the source code of this page.
4. After that, choose it and pay as usual.
