Customs clearance of a parcel sent to the address of a legal entity

Good afternoon.
As far as I know, you can order equipment from ebay to Russia and not clear it if the price is < 1000 euros.
Does anyone know these rules only apply to parcels sent to the address of individuals, or legal entities as well? I'm going to send a parcel to the address of a legal entity, will they make me pay customs clearance in this case?

They will require a letter of refusal from the company (like, this is not our package), an explanatory letter from the recipient of a private person (sent to the address of a legal entity because I work there and it’s so convenient for me), a bank statement or a PayPal printout to confirm the cost of payment and another letter with a detailed description of the contents of the package, preferably with a printout of the order or a PayPal screenshot. They can impose the services of a customs broker for 4000-6000 rubles.
In general, I do not recommend.

Whether or not they will be issued is a moot point. EMS and dhl couriers have never asked me for documents.
