How to migrate Kubuntu from one hard drive to another smaller one?

Hello, how can I transfer the system from LVM + LUKS to another hard drive of a much smaller size without losing data.
Now the whole system is on a 500GB screw, but 30-40 percent is occupied.
It is necessary to transfer all this to a 320GB screw.
How can this be done?
Thanks in advance!

Migrate through pvmove, in general terms, as follows:
In the example, as a disk where we migrate my RAID partition md1, do not forget to change it to your physical disk of type sdb1
Expand your PVE to a new disk
Transfer data from the LVM partition of the first disk to LVM- partition of the second disk. The procedure can take a very long time. The time depends on the size and speed of the hard drives.
We remove the first disk from LVM
vgreduce pve / dev / sda2 We
edit the bootloader and enjoy life.

No way, only if you use livecd or liveusb to copy the root directly and then change the settings in grub'e (UEFI)
