How to migrate from self-written configuration?

There is a self-written configuration and 1C: Enterprise 8.3 (8.3.7.2008)
I would like to switch to the normal configuration and buy 1s.
Under the normal configuration, I think - Trade Management (sales of goods through salons and IM).
The transition is due to the fact that the self-written configuration does not allow making a number of reports and is generally not supported by anyone, since no one can really understand it.
Interested in the transition process itself, so that all data can be migrated to a new 1sku, is this possible and what problems can arise?
Now the 1c base is on a separate server, users connect through a thick client (each computer has 1c).

It's illogical.
If you cannot add reports to the old configuration (which is generally not difficult), then who will do the migration?
Manually interrupt data?
Underwater rocks? Retraining (yes, this is a huge problem; it sounds simple, but this is a completely different system, a completely different work process), missing functionality (probably the self-writing did not just appear, but it has a lot of unique functionality), which you cannot add, since there is no one to make reports....
Performance issues - samopisa as a rule is radically faster.
It doesn't matter all.
The problem is on a different level. See above.
Compare functionality. Fully carry out all typical daily operations. Completely repeat them on a new configuration.
Decide what to do with discrepancies - change work procedures or add on all the same.
Education. Workout. All employees.
Test data transfer. It may not be enough to compare the obtained performance in the new configuration. Find out how long the transfer takes (it happens that the transfer takes more than a few days, but you need to work)
The final move.

In general, there is only one problem - to find a competent specialist who will calmly analyze the configuration and business processes and competently transfer the data. Then there will be no problems.

Can you help with reports on a self-written conf and take your configuration for support? Contacts in profile.
