Sending Push Notifications?
1C: Document management 8 CORP, edition 2.1 (2.1.29.17)
Platform: 1C: Enterprise 8.3 (8.3.20.1590)
As found: PUSH notifications are not sent. Everything worked about a month ago during testing, then I did not pay attention to this functionality, now notifications were required and I began to encounter the following:
1. At first, notifications were sent every other time, most of them remained in the "removed" section in "Statistics of sending push notifications".
2. Then they stopped going. not included in the statistics.
3. In the magazine I found out the following:
3.1.
NAME: Manual Start: Sending Push Notifications
STATUS: Job completed with errors

1. The scheduled tasks "Sending push notifications", "Notifying users of events that have occurred", "Processing business events that have occurred" work without failures.
2. In the section "Configuration and administration => Personal settings => Notifications => Subscriptions" In all lines, "Push" is activated.
Symptoms, I still don’t understand what is connected with:
1. In the section "Settings and administration => Statistics for sending Push notifications", records about sending attempts appear, but with the status "Deleted"
2. In the section "Settings and administration => Personal settings => Notifications => Subscriptions by objects" no new records are added, although new tasks were created where the user is an executor. Only records of old tasks.

These messages began to appear in the log from 13:00 after I tried to edit the "Configuration and administration => Business events => Event types" reference
This means that the SubscriberType variable does not contain what the program expects.
Go through debugging, see where this SubscriberType is defined and why it was not defined
Even if this is a typical configuration error, and not your erroneous improvements, then you can’t wait for a solution from the vendor - for the last year they have been working only UP TO 3.0, and the development of the second version is on the foot.
Go into debugging and set a breakpoint at the problem line. Analyze the call stack and the value of variables - primarily theSubscriberType.
