How to merge 2 hard drives (not partitions) into one under windows?

There are 2 ssds and one hdd, I want to combine 2 ssds into one, similar to mac os and its fusiondrive (not to combine the advantages of hdd and sdd, but just for convenience). How to do it? Will it be possible to merge just like ordinary logical partitions (now there is no machine at hand on win)? And are there any unobvious negative consequences of such a decision?

It is possible, but there are many problems.

  1. Can be combined into a zero-level software raid - but this is a rather insecure configuration.
  2. It can be combined into a software raid of the first level - but this is a waste of half the space.
