How to manually install the hdd controller driver on installed Windows 7 with another OS?
It so happened that the Sata ports stopped working on the motherboard (the problem was the overheating of the bridge), we decided to buy a St-Lab A-390 pci controller to connect the hard drive and CD drive. It was desirable to keep Windows. The problem was to integrate the driver for this controller into the installed Windows, there was access to the hard drive from LiveCD (after installing the driver), using Google, they tried in every possible way to slip the driver, but it didn’t work out. Randomly (after replacing the thermal paste on the chipset), the sata ports started working (but probably not for long), I managed to boot from the hard drive and install the driver, after connecting to the controller, Windows successfully booted through it. It would be possible to connect to another motherboard, but there was not one with an AMD processor. The problem was solved, but the question remained open. How to put hdd controller driver from LiveCD on installed Windows 7? Interested in where and what is prescribed, copied, so that it can be done manually from another OS.
upd: is something written in the MBR? If yes, what and where?

And it just doesn't catch on? How old is this Sil3512? Probably ten years already.
Windows 7 and above stores drivers here:
C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\
But I've never tried to figure out how folders are named here. You can peep it on an already working system and conduct an experiment: we put a clean Windows with a built-in controller, we put a "new" controller, using LiveCD we slip firewood into this folder. It might well work.
1) Where is the getHoroscope function described?
2) funktions/funktions.php - is it really funktions? Is that what they call it in the video? Probably cool video! )
3) Set up the output of errors and warnings , for development, the error level should be E_ALL. It's better to configure in php.ini.
4) All the pieces of code presented above have nothing to do with the task or the problem.
