Is it possible for a blue screen to appear due to a hard drive if the system is on an SSD?

Periodically, blue screens appear with various errors, is it possible that they appear due to a hard drive with unstable sectors if the system is on an SSD.

Take a picture of the error that is displayed on the BSOD and google its code after the reboot. Or look at the error logs in system management, in theory, they should be there.
You can also check both the hard drive and the SSD with R.tester . If there are any obvious problems, then automatic diagnostics will reveal them (including the loop - most likely there will be CRC errors).
The program is free and does not require installation.
UPD:
Yes, and if you doubt the hard drive, then first make a copy of important data from it, and then figure out what's what.

Well, for example, if the swap/page-area is located on a non-system media, then a BSOD may occur when a crash occurs on this media (on the one where the swap/page-area is located - any of the available ones). This is if the kernel is swapped there.

yes, even if it is on the hdd, it is also possible, even if there are no broken sectors, although this is probably not about ssd
