How to make Yandex index pages faster?

Good day.
Yandex indexes new pages on my site after more than 1-2 weeks. Recommendations from Yandex Webmaster, I did everything.
Here, from the same "Toaster", the question asked instantly appears in the Yandex search results, which means it is indexed very quickly.
Can you tell me how to speed up indexing?

1- as already correctly said, buy links from social networks to the necessary pages
2- add useful content to the site as often as possible so that the Yandex robot "lives" on your site
3- immediately buy links from forums and social networks for new materials
4- set up return if-modified-since and last-modified headers
5- check if indexing priorities are set correctly in sitemap.xml
6- add new pages to "original texts"
