How to make WP handle links like index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=116?

I ported the Jppmla site to WP. I migrated the site and transferred all links using the Permalink Manager plugin, with the exception of links like index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=116 because WP sees this link as a request and tries to process it as a result, you end up on the main page.
